4. Thank you Bupa Miami
Dear Sharon:
I wanted to take this time to thank everyone at the Bupa Miami office for their kind assistance with my father's care and treatment needs. My father fell off a horse on February 2, 2007 resulting in a spinal cord injury that has left him paralyzed. This has been very traumatic for him and the entire family.
When we consulted the emergency services at Bupa, the staff was very responsive to our need for additional treatment in the United States. My father is currently receiving intensive rehabilitation services at the Jackson Memorial Hospital Spinal Cord Injury Center. He is attending daily physical, occupational and speech therapies and has improved significantly since his arrival.
We are currently waiting for my father to be admitted to an outpatient day program, which he will attend for several additional months. Thank you for providing us with the benefits information regarding the outpatient treatment and for ordering my father's custom-made wheelchair.
We appreciate your support, which allows us to focus on my father's health and rehabilitation, rather than his medical expenses.

5. Thank you for all your kindness
Dear Bupa Miami Staff:
I wanted to thank you all for the kindness and caring you have shown me during this difficult time in my life. I was recently diagnosed with bladder cancer that required extensive surgery, and for which I now anticipate six months of chemotherapy.
I was hospitalized in Miami, away from home, during the Christmas holidays. I was very ill and had to spend time in the ICU at Cedar's Medical Center.
I was fortunate enough to be able to come home to celebrate the New Year with my family and friends, and will be returning to Miami to start the six months of chemotherapy. I know that the Bupa Miami staff will be there to assist me during the entire time. I have never known an insurance company that gave so much personal service to its clients like Bupa.
Sharon Ford, the Case Manager, visited me weekly and contacted my family almost daily. It has been a relief to have someone taking care of my bills and medical needs, allowing me to focus on my health and recovery.
