Premium flexibility is a key feature of our Universal Life Product. A minimum premium is only required for the first year. After that, premium payments can be as small or as large as desired. The policy will stay in effect as long as there is enough cash value to cover annual expenses and mortality charges. |
Our Universal Life product is a flexible premium, interest sensitive, and adjustable death benefit life insurance policy. This broad flexibility allows individuals, businesses and families the freedom to react to changing personal and economic conditions and needs as they arise.
Cash values within our Universal Life Policy, accumulate on a tax-free basis at a minimum guaranteed interest rate. This rate may be increased as a result of superior earning from the company and an adequate performance of the expenses and mortality cost.

Universal life insurance is insured by Amedex Insurance Company (Bermuda),a member of
the Bupa Group.
- Critical Illness: It advances 50% of the death benefit up to a maximum of $250,000 in case you suffer from a critical condition, such as cancer, stroke, heart attack, severe burns, kidney failure, organ transplant and permanent disability, among others.
- Accidental Death: It pays an additional amount, up to a maximum of $250,000 in case the insured dies as a result of an accident.
- Additional Insured: The additional insured benefit is available to insure another person within the same policy. The additional insured can be a spouse, child, business partner or the primary insured. The amount of coverage of this Rider cannot exceed the amount of the basic coverage. This benefit is a Term Insurance available in 10, 20 and 30 year increments. The term of the additional insured cannot be greater than that of the basic coverage in the case of Term policies.
